    Well maybe not a new way, but different FC and firmware. Raspberry Pi3 as flight controller with modified dRonin firmware. Software not quite ready for flight tests yet, nor is the frame rebuild complete yet. But when done it will be:

    1) RCE tricopter V4ish with 3D printed impossible tail tilt parts
    2) 2 axis brushless gimbal for Fortis Airframes

    @jihlein,
    The angle on the Impossible tail tilt looks really nice. I’ve been wanting to try that out for some time. Getting ready to give your latest dRonin/TriFlight Branch a test on one of the Baby Tris and the mini tri. Doing some 6S testing on the Mini Tri too. Weather isn’t great, but good enough to get out and do some testing today.

    Cheers!

    Too bad that the Impossible-Tailtune doesn’t work with the baby tri.

    The Impossible tail pivot is all 3D printed. Shouldn’t be too hard to make it work on the Baby Tri.

    The files are not directly moddable without recreating them.
