@horstrainer: I see you’re using an older alpha release of Triflight. I suggest you to update to the final 0.5 release for better flight experience.

@norwenkel: good to know that these errors are usual. Is there a list or documentation about the errors? didn’t find much usefull on the web.

Good to know I can do something for more serial devices…
When the first flight are satisfying and I get some practise I will think about what to upgrade. But this is maybe worth another thread (if there isn’t already one) or i will do some research in the forum(s) and youtube.
OSD sounds good to me, the rest is for now too much for me.
    Thanks for the input!

@Lauka first of all thanks for the effort you put into triflight! And thanks for mentioning there is a new version. I just downloaded the hexfile from the page of the Mini Tri in the shop.
Maybe Dave can update this link?

@Lauka: Am I right to install the triflight_0_5_F3FC.hex from
    https://github.com/lkaino/Triflight/releases ?

comparing the preconfigured PIDs to the old ones delivered with the older alpha version they are much different. would it be clever to manual copy the old ones to the new triflight? is the firmware writen for the big tricopter? But the values aren’t the one dave gave out vor V4…
or where comes the difference in the PIDs?

Sooner or later I want to learn how to PID tune a copter, but I hoped it would be later^^
    Greetings
