My barometer is not showing up in Cleanflight. I have flashed the brand new F3FC board with multiple versions of Triflight, including the latest, and still the barometer does not work.

Could this be a setting in Cleanflight that I have wrong, or is it a hardware problem? Any suggestions on a fix?

    Thanks,

    Jason

    Hi Draclicka,
I´m having the same issue, did you manage to fix it?

Sorry for the late reply, I haven’t been on here in a while.

I sent my board in to RCExplorer and the problem was found/fixed. Here’s what I was told:

“There was a micro solder bridge between two of the pins on the pinheader. One of these tiny spikes were shorting out one of the I2C’s to ground. Just added some fresh solder to the pads and the baro jumped back to life.”

    Hope that helps you!

If you could locate this area is it possible for you to post a photo for the rest of us? I would rather do my own soldering rather than wait for the slow bus back and forth to Sweden.

noir522, sorry, because I didn’t perform the fix I don’t know which pins were involved. I suggest trying adding fresh solder to all of the pads on your board to see if that will fix your problem.
