Think I have read about it somewhere sometime, but can’t find it now.

Have successfully build, programmed and installed a Micro MinimOSD on my Mini Tri at port UART 2. Got video and data to my googles. 🙂 (Still have some mAh tuning in Cleanflight left to do.)

My problem: After the MinimOSD has been installed the F3FC just keep on beeping then the USB is connected. Why? Have an Orange receiver connected at UART1 and nothing on UART3.

Another question. Where (on ebay) do you buy an about 10 cm long 4-pin jumper Dupont cable to connect the OSD to UART in a good looking way? Like this, but shorter: http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Pin-Female-to-Female-Flexible-Solderless-Dupont-Jumper-Wires-Ribbon-Cable-30cm-/252064260944? Been searching all day but find only almost what I want. Right now I use two 3-pin cables. Do not look so good…

Hi sorry for the late post,

    I have ordered these:
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/171995893966?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Here you have every possible combination for future builds. The shipper used a unusual shipping method but I got my package on time. He shipped me a plastic bracelet first (to confirm my address) then shipped the item which arrived in less than 2 weeks.

Hope this helps. Read my post #30596 about the MinimOSD Micro on the F3FC before you continue.

    Thanks for replying.

Even if I hoped there would be some 4p connectors with silicon wires those Dupont could work.

Been reading http://rcexplorer.se/forums/topic/on-board-bec-fried/#post-30596 and wonder what really happen. I thought we could use the UART to power the minimOSD micro? For the one I got seller homepage say “NO Dc/Dc convert . power board via 5 volts “. And all I find then using google say connecting pos, neg, rx and tx to controller board is the way to go.
