front spacer

hey all
i forgot to order the v4 front spacer when ordering the new board. is there any shielding or anything making this v4 spacer a really special snow flake? i have the v3 and was going to introduce it to the dremel tool.
thought i’d ask first.

The only shielding I can think of is wind and light shielding for the barometer chip. I did use dremel to adapt one of my V3 spacers to the V4 F3FC board 😉 Just try to keep it “light and wind proof” to not mess up the barometer.

thanks for your reply. i didn’t remember that i fixed my dremel to a point where i fixed it real good and she don’t chooch anymore :p
so i hand filed it out and looks all good. well, using the word *good* loosely 🙂

ps. once again i didn’t phrase my question accurately. what i was referring to was any sort of foil/metal layer in the block for electronic shielding like you’d find in shielded CAT5/6 shielded cable etc. i’m guessing not 🙂
