USBasp device

Hi all, new to tricopters so please bare with me.

I’d like to flash my KK-Mini with an updated firmware. The usbasp device from hobbyking is out of stock, but there’s a plethora of options available for them on ebay. There are differences with some of them though and I’m just looking for some insight on whether they will still work or not.

This one for example is a 10pin with a 6 pin converter. Will I be able to use this to flash the mini board? It’s more expensive then from hobbyking, but it’s close and get’s me going quicker.

Thanks fellas. Yep that link works, coolblaze19. I’m assuming that since my linked usbasp device has the 6 pin adapter, it will work. I’ll get it and go from there. Good info and additional links there.

Just for reference (and as help to other people): if you have an Arduino lying around you can also update the firmware on the KK Mini using that as a programmer, see . Just follow the instructions for KK2.1.5. That worked for me.
