Bellah1zParticipantOk well it’s related to one shot v Dshot.
I changed the esc protocol to Dshot 1200 and now the buzzer works.
I’m only new to this being a heli hobby guy so someone deep into this might be able to work out whats going on.
I hate fixing problems and not knowing why it’s fixed!

Bellah1zParticipantI have tested the two 5V pos pins as marked against the Ground pin and they all show 5V.
The Buz – does not show any voltage when the buzzer is activated ( led flashes on FC) on either 5V pin so it appears that Buz- is not closing the circuit.
I have tested it both stand alone and on Betaflight in case the no usb beep command was interfering.
So either the board is faulty or this is some betaflight command that has turned that pin off.
Any ideas?

Bellah1zParticipantI diagnosed the problem and embarrassingly … Well it’s 100% user error.
I replaced the motor with a spare quad motor and it all worked so it’s a broken motor.
I am used to big RC helicopters and big parts after 30 years and without thinking I used a motor mounting bolt that was too long and it hit the motor windings and shorted the motor windings…
Well that’s a top tip for new players in these tiny motors is to make sure you use the right length engine mounting bolt !
Bellah1zParticipantIn relation to FPV and comment on V 22 Osprey I have built the Rotormast v22 and it has collective pitch so it does not need to tilt the fuselage like a fixed pitch Bicopter.
