Is it normal that the back motor is tilted to the side when hovering? It sits still, but it just seems a little wierd that the back motor is tilted by around 40°. Thanks in advance.

are your props spin all in the same direction? or in which way?
recommended is: left – CCW, right – CW, tail – CCW

I assume the wind was mild?
If you tri was counteracting the wind do to the height, it could be normal.
If not, its really hard to guess tho.

Holy cow… but how can the tricopter stay steady with 40° tilt?
And he spins not at all in hover?

It is normal to tilt a little, but 40deg sounds excessive, even not possible. The range of my tilt mechanism is probably around +/- 40 deg. This would mean that you would have no authority yawing one way. Pic will be good, yes.
